hey guys in this video I will share what I learned from meetings with insurers and banks and Munich I will share the three things I learned about social media in this space share your story and when your story is we are a multi-billion dollar company and we actually the heck don’t know what we’re doing on social media hey that’s the story – an authentic one by the way so I listen to this I’m scouting digital and tech trends around the world in order to bring it to you and I have helped numerous companies to set up ecosystems of digital products and services and to increase their reach with attention hacking [Music] hey guys today I spent the day Munich to talk to several insurers mostly about the use of social media to get the attention of agents brokers and customers and here are three things I learned it’s first most importantly to just start it doesn’t matter you don’t need to have all work orders ready you don’t have to have the overall and ready you don’t have the five-year plan and managed and related to that just start your social media activities number two just do it just start and with sharing your story to refrain from producing high quality high and commercials and branded content and that doesn’t work anymore studies actually show people don’t click on banners anymore people don’t watch commercials anymore so refrain from doing it share your story and when your story is we are a multi-billion dollar company and we actually the heck don’t know what we’re doing on social media hey that’s the story – an authentic one number three be there for your customer and your agents and brokers we all know the stories when customers agents or brokers want to contact their insurer or bank and they get an answering machine that actually the responsible person has gone so you need to be available all the time 24/7 for customers agents and brokers as a summary first just start don’t wait second be authentic share your story and third be there for a customer agent and broker because why are you doing it don’t only do it because it’s a lot of fun but you always do it because in the end the customer and your target are going to love you for it hey guys it would help us a lot if you could hit the subscribe button down there and to make us also grow here on YouTube thank you very much [Music]
