Socialagency360 OTO Hello, and welcome to this very quick demo of Social Agency 360. So this is the dashboard, and this is the first area that you see when you sign up. If you actually sign up for the first time, you’ll be prompted to create a brand, and that is because the whole system is designed to work based on workspaces and focused on agencies. So all your agencies are listed here and, on the right hand side, you get to see the client feedback tool, so the messages that the client leaves would be shown to the right.

Okay, so before I start talking about the agency features, I would like to drill into a particular workspace and then talk about the social media management software itself and the features that it carries now. Social Agency 360 is a hybrid of agency positioning and robust social media software. I will log into a specific workspace now, so this is the workspace, and once your users log in, they are going to see this first onboarding screen, and the screen is to take them through, uh, simple steps to understand how to utilise the platform. This is a very feature-rich platform, and it’s essential that users get to know how to use it.

So this is the dashboard that you get to for each workspace and the most recent post. The recent campaigns and everything here is customised for that particular client. So once they log in, they can analyse the discovery, and this is an AI content discovery tool for them to discover articles from the articles. They can simply use a keyword. They can also use advanced search to actually find trending articles.

Each of these articles comes with engagement, strength, call, and sentiment just so that they can understand or choose the top performing content that is set to engage customers. Yes, once you’re done, they can simply use this button here to share it on a blog, share it on a podcast, which is an upgraded feature anyway, and then share it on social media. We created everything more like a wizard. So from one point you can move to the next and then, yeah, there’s a wizard here to continue the process, so I’ll still stay on the discovery show. I saw you show you all that discovery. Now users can also discover quotes here.

So that’s the first part of the software nest, the composer. We have four composer elements: the social post, the blog post, the image composer, and then the test to audio again. The test audio is an upgrade, so users don’t get it from the standard license. Now, going into the social post composer, you get to meet a very beautiful composer. Now they can simply, for the first time, drag and drop articles, so they can find articles in real time that are trending and then, once they’re okay, they simply drag and drop them into this editor, which automatically moves them into this editor. Then they can add hashtags, they can play with utms, and then they can even add images to their contacts. Next, they can also find quotes, so why are they trying to share a post with a composer?

They can simply drag and drop quotes, they can drag and drop memes, they can drag and drop gifs, and they can simply upload their own images or find images from pixels. So everything is done here and this is what we call our content assistant and, as I said, everything works as a widget as a wizard. So once they’re done here, they move to the nest, where they can select accounts and choose the account. They want to connect and move to customise when they’ve selected one, and then everything flows in a very simple wizard environment. Now, the blog designer has a dedicated blog composer that takes the power of our regular social media agency editor and creates or gives users even more functions.

So I’m going to show that I’m refreshing the page very quickly. This is actually very much a one-take setup. So I’ll go back here and then. This is the blog editor, so users can also find quotes, articles, and everything that they need, but this time around, when they drag and drop into the editor, it takes the entire content from that particular post. So it’s going to carry the featured image and the contents, and once they are doing this, they can also come in here. Look for images on pixels quickly, drag and drop, so everything is simple and you can use our editor to do some more advanced customization like changing the fonts, the heading tag and all of those things. So everything is done, uh, pretty fast here, so they have a whole lot of formatting options here.

They can also even drag and drop videos directly into this editor. Once they’re done, they can move to nest and select accounts for the blog part. We have both WordPress and Billions, so they can connect WordPress. We have a simple plugin that works with this, or they can also connect from Medium and then move to the entire wizard to publish this post. Next they have the image editor, which is also the image composer. Like I said, this is a very robust composer that still gives them access to all the content assistants that they need, so they can simply pick a quote here. Sorry, they can pick up a quote quickly.

Okay, for some reason, this is not working, but uh, we will fix this very soon. That is, they can pick a quote. They can pick the graphics that they need. They can also pick backgrounds, so everything from the pixels that they need can be easily used. They can easily use images from pixels to run around changing.

The color, opacity, and everything else are changed to create a unique banner from this, and once they decide to share, it loads up the social media composer, which allows them to share this on the social media composer or even two blogs. Next, they can set the calendar. Sorry uh, this took a while, but what it’s trying to do now is generate the image that we just created. So, from here, they can share this on Pinterest or Facebook, or they can enter this into a composer. So if they want to share on Facebook, they can simply put a caption here.

If they decide to use this in the original composer, then they can share that easily. Next they have the planner, and this is a very simple, calendar-like system that gives them access to all their posts and everything that they need. Now they can decide to go to specific dates: click on the plus icon here and clicking on it automatically schedules this post for a certain day so that they can just add their content, and then they can share it and automatically find this post on that date. Next we have the automation recipe for the calendar. This is where it gets really interesting.

We were told to set out three, uh, six different recipes. They can automate article links to social media, video links to social media articles, blog videos, RSS feeds to social media, and bulk uploaders. So the article links to social media Simply click on this, then click on “add new. They select the name of this automation, and then they decide to add the account with which they plan to share the tool, and then they move the nest. They can search for a query, so I use the keyword real estate.

So what does this do? It shows you a preview based on the filter. Like I said, there can be multiple filters. You can save real estate, but you want to execute sets in other keywords based on this filter. You get to see the type of post. If you are okay with it and you move on, then you can set your hashtags and then you can set the frequency. So at this point, you can say you want to post six times daily.

One hour daily, once a week, and then the automation runs, and we have two types of automation. You can decide to say “uh-huh. The system should find this post, but you can manually, with one click, approve those posts. Or, if you don’t click this button, it automatically posts, discovers, and posts those posts for you to your social media. Again, we have that for different types of RSS feeds that can get content from RSS feeds, so all of this automation makes managing the whole account easy. Next, we have the analysis that gives them all the engagements and everything that they need.

So we have Facebook and Twitter, and all the engagement for those posts will be seen here, so they can use it, and one of the features that we’ve added is scheduled brandable reports, so the users can add brandable reports for this, which will come in with their logo and will be sent out to their client now. This is a rough overview of what the social media platform does now. There are so many other features that they can play with. Either go to settings, or they can add new team members. They can add their blog accounts from here.

So the client is going to give feedback per post that they are making, so based on specific posts that they are making, the client is going to give feedback on that. Next, we have our client finder, which is a standalone system that we’ve built to give users the chance to search for contacts directly on Facebook. So they use simple search and keywords to find contacts and then use those keywords and users’ contacts as a code lead generator.

Now we have a set of coding and building sequences that we’ve added to the system that they can use and plug in and play to contact those clients and try to sell their service. In addition, we are giving them assets, so we have all the brandable assets that they need to set up their social agency. So they have business cards, they have banners, they have flyers, they have letterheads, they have proposals, they have legal contracts.
